In a truly proffessional manner our coaches train, motivate and inspire the next generation of gymnasts and future coaches”.

“All our volunteers enrol into our Welsh Gymnastics Leadership Academy and follow a structured mentored pathway of development.  Along with their volunteer work each leader benefits from our professional development programme. The day they step into the gym they step into a professional learning environment and begin to work towards their future coaching qualifications supported by Sports Wales funding.  The Academy programme reflects the needs of the club and offers the volunteer practical and theoretical learning within an evolving environment. For the younger coaches their feedback is that they really feel they are learning ‘skills for life’ and from our parent volunteers, providing an environment where they can be confident and feel supported in the new skills that they are learning.  “All members of the Ruthin & Denbigh Gymnastic Club Team recognise their role to nurture that process”….Tamsin Jones (Head Coach).
